We lost Lucky back in April. He was such a great cat. In fact, he was more like a dog than he was a cat. He was famous for his "girlie"-meow (no doubt from his becoming a eunich), his headbutts and his super-friendly demeanor. Some cats are very anti-social (ex. our other cat, Katie whom I have dubbed the "cave dweller" since she almost never comes up from the basement), but not Lucky. Everyone was his friend.
Lucky was diagnosed over a year prior with FIV, or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Similar to HIV but specific for cats, it has the same effect.
